Tamborine Mountain Glades, formerly known as Cedar Creek Lodges, was founded in 1999 by Bob and Judi Minnikin. Nestled on the beautiful Tamborine Mountain, our 114-hectare property has grown into a premier destination for nature-based tourism in Australia. Over the past 25 years, more than five million guests from across the globe have experienced the beauty and adventure of our property. Our offerings include a variety of accommodation, award-winning adventure experiences, and top-tier wedding and conference facilities. As passionate custodians of this land, we are committed to sustainability and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

We are home to Thunderbird Park, Australia’s number one adventure playground, featuring activities such as the award-winning Canyon Flyer Zipline, TreeTop Challenge, Dig IT – Australia’s first mini-excavator park, and the world-famous Thunderegg Crystal Mine. We also provide exceptional dining experiences, conference and wedding venues, and a soon-to-open Japanese-inspired bathhouse, SOL Elements.
